Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to you. In the unlikely case anyone ever cares enough to read this document, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage. Well...OK. We buried it in the footer and the closest it's ever been to a lawyer was the fact it was typed at a monitor which was propped up on a Grisham paperback.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Pamphart.com website. We track our traffic; every time you visit any page of our site your IP address is logged via the magic of site tracking. One day, we hope to incorporate some of the gathered non-identifying and aggregate data about our visitor numbers/activity into an art work. By visiting this site, you are participating in the ongoing creation of a work of Information Art. Pretty cool, huh? But don't worry, it's nothing that will personally identify you.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with or invited to outside parties. Without your express permission we will not share the content of your emails so you can send us your artistic nude photos and rambling diatribes with confidence. Unless of course you're sending us threatening or otherwise criminal emails. Then we'll share them with the police at our discretion. (Please don't send us threatening emails).

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. We can take rejection, it's okay. We're used to it, we're artists.

Our Commitment To Data Scurr'ty

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, psychic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. I.e. We have really long obscure passwords and Andy isn't allowed access to computers where he is.

How to contact us:

If questions or concerns about the privacy of your information are preventing you from emailing us, please email us for more information.
